Run it on one real project first.
A pilot is a paid, discounted evaluation on a live project of yours. It exists so that the decision to roll SiteSync out is made from evidence on your own steel, not from a demo on ours.
Why a pilot rather than a trial
A free trial with sample data tells you the buttons work. It does not tell you whether your engineers will log a delivery at the gate in the rain, whether your PM will approve work the same evening, or whether your marking plan parses. Those are the questions that decide this, and only your own project answers them.
What we do
Setup is our job, not yours. If a pilot begins with you doing data entry, it has already failed.
- 01Set up your company and your first administrator account. There is no self-service sign-up — accounts are created deliberately.
- 02Load a real project: your shipper lists, your drawings, your part marks. Not a sandbox with sample data.
- 03Train your site engineers, your project manager and your office, in sessions sized to each role.
- 04Support you over email and WhatsApp through the pilot, with response targets written into the agreement.
- 05Stay reachable during site hours, because a blocked engineer at 7am is not a next-business-day problem.
What we need from you
Four things. They are small, and a pilot without them is not a pilot.
- 01Give us one live project to run against, with the drawings and lists that project actually uses.
- 02Nominate one person empowered to make decisions during the pilot. Pilots die of committee, not of software.
- 03Let your site engineers use it on the phone, in the field, for the whole period. A pilot run from the office proves nothing.
- 04Tell your workers you are recording attendance and site activity, as you would with any site record.
How it ends
Three ways, all of them agreed in writing before it starts.
- 01Continue, on commercial terms agreed before the pilot starts — never negotiated from a position where your data is already inside.
- 02Stop, and take your data. For 30 days after the pilot ends we will supply it in a machine-readable form on written request.
- 03Stop, and take nothing. We delete it.
What it costs
A pilot is paid and discounted against the ongoing price. Both are set on the order form before you sign, so the commercial terms are settled while you can still walk away. Ask and we will send them — we would rather have that conversation early than build a page of tiers that does not fit how you buy.
Still the fastest way to find out: show us a project.
Half an hour, your own drawings, and an honest answer about whether it fits.
